Desk Based Change Manager (Budapest)

They provide the best communications services and solutions for individuals in the UK and for corporate customers across Europe. We are currently looking for:

Desk Based Change Manager (Budapest)

The role holder supports key Commercial functions required for Commercial Change Manegement includes bid publication and the management of high volumens customer change request.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and manage high volumes of customer service change requests directly from customers or from the company's sales or contract team
• Confirm when request is complete
• Qualify the change request and handle the request according to the request profile
• Interface with the customer, to gather the technical requirements and administrative details, the technical support teams, and the sales and bis teams
• Upon order acceptance by customer, proceed to the ordering of the service in accordance with the company product processes or Contract bespoke procedures
• Provides administration and / or reporting activities

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree (technician telecom, engineer)
• Relevant experience customer service management / delivery, reletionship management, project management/
• Fluency in English and German / French / Dutch language are mandatory
• Relevant experience in Desk Based selling, and delivering against a multi channel strategy.
• Professional approach to team and client relationships.
• Ability to handle high volumens of requests in time, to prior.
• Costumer solutions and to meet customer needs and address their business requirements.
• Track record of delivering against revenue targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
